Catalog description

Table tennis skills, tactics and footwork for the advanced player will be covered. Mental training for shot anticipation, recovery positioning and return hitting zone is introduced. Service variety and tactics against attackers and defenders, loop shots against the push and block, counter-loops, counter-spin shots, and flick shots will be taught. Participating in competitive singles and doubles matches will be expected.
