Catalog description

This course equips students with the skills to manage small to medium-sized technology projects, focusing on key methodologies and frameworks essential for IT project management. Students will explore Agile practices and techniques, gaining the practical knowledge necessary to lead and successfully implement IT projects. This course prepares students for the CompTIA Project+ certification exam. Prerequisites: CISM 215 Information Technology Applications II and CISM 230 Technical Communication. Special Consideration: CISM 430 is a Writing Emphasis course.
