Catalog description

Building on the foundational skills acquired in CISM 320 and CISM 325, this course explores advanced network security measures and management practices essential for protecting organizational assets. Students will gain hands-on experience in configuring and managing Cisco networking devices, analyzing network traffic, and implementing robust security protocols. Emphasis is placed on understanding the operational requirements and limitations of these tools and configurations within various organizational contexts. This course prepares students for the Cisco CCNA (200-301) certification exam. Prerequisite: CISM 300 Networking Fundamentals
