Catalog description
This course provides students with foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in operating systems, security, and troubleshooting techniques. Emphasis is placed on configuring, optimizing, and securing systems. Topics include operating system installation and configuration, security fundamentals, mobile device management, and advanced troubleshooting strategies. This course prepares students for the CompTIA A+ Core 2 certification exam. Prerequisite: CISM 210 Information Technology Applications I.
