Catalog description

Students develop the skills in effective business communication, beginning with organizing the message to fit the audience, the purpose, and the situation. They learn how to express themselves clearly and articulately, both orally and in writing, to listen actively, and to use effective leadership skills. Prerequisites: BUS 2402, 2201.
