NUR-307A is the final course in the Nursing sequence and taken with NUR-307B as a corequisite. In this course, the senior nursing student transitions to the professional role of the nurse. Professional development topics include leadership and manager of care; conflict resolution; communication; and other topics related to the role. In this course, there is an emphasis on the skills required of nursing leaders along with an array of issues nurse leaders and managers encounter in the workplace.
