Catalog description

This course provides students with a working knowledge of the interpreting profession and examines basic principles and practices of interpreting from a deaf centric perspective. The course also affords students to examine their strengths and weaknesses as they relate to interpreting and working with deaf people with specific focus on interactional/interpersonal skills.
