Catalog description

This course provides hands-on and online studies of life on Earth through time as revealed by fossils, rocks, and DNA data. Labs include studies of fossils of animals and plants from all over the world; age determinations of rocks and fossils; global reconstructions of ancient geography and climate change; and evolution of dinosaurs and their relatives. This course is an optional lab supplement to GEOL-103.
