Catalog description

Cloud computing, the cloud, is a model for enabling convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources and applications over the Internet. In this course students explore and understand how to secure a cloud environment. Students learn about different cloud environments such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), as well as learn the history of cloud computing and how cloud computing is being used today.
