<b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> This is the third of four sequential STGV courses. This course focuses on the development of leadership skills, provides an understanding of leadership and group dynamics theory and will assist the student in developing a personal philosophy of leadership and management skills. Topics include decision making, goal setting, building trust, empowering others, conflict resolution, managing change, and team building. Students may enroll without holding an office.
