<b><font color="7A0018">Begins Fall 2025</b></font><br> Limitation on Enrollment: Good general health; absence of medical conditions that would prevent planned physical activity. This course is a general introduction to swimming and aquatics. It is designed for the beginner or non-swimmer who wants to learn aquatic fundamentals and receive stroke instruction in the front crawl, elementary backstroke, and sidestroke.
