This course introduces students to concepts relating to sustainability in business operations. Emphases will be on evaluating business operations and making recommendations on sustainability in business operations. Topics include environmental, societal, and governance, (ESG), destination management, environmental and cultural protection, carrying capacity, and benchmarking.
