Catalog description

This course will engage the student in the task of learning what every aspiring manager needs to know about the theory and practice of strategic management. The course study will introduce students to the primary approaches to building competitive advantage and the key elements of business-level strategy. Contemporaneous business case study/analysis and evaluation techniques will be utilized to develop skills in decision-making and problem-solving. Prerequisite: BUS 372 and senior status. (F, S) (WI)
