Prerequisite: Acceptance into Clinical Laboratory Technology program or program director consent ^ This introductory course will familiarize the student with the professional responsibilities of the clinical laboratory technician. Units on medical terminology, laboratory safety, infection control, use of diagnostic equipment, and quality control will be covered.
