Prerequisite: None. ^ This hands-on course offers an in-depth study of the functions and features of installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining current Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems. Topics include performing attended and unattended installations, monitoring and managing files. Students will gain a complete, step-by-step approach for learning the fundamentals of supporting and troubleshooting computer software. This course maps fully to CompTIA's A+ Exam objectives.
