<h3><span style="color: #993300;"><em>MUST BE IN THE PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM TO TAKE THIS COURSE</em></span></h3> This course explores the steps necessary to transition from the role of a nursing student to a Licensed Practical Nurse, including reinforcement of differences in scope of practice between RN, LPN and UAP and reinforcement of delegation principles from an LPN perspective. This also includes NCLEX review for preparation of the students taking the NCLEX PN national exam as well as reviewing the process of application to the Board of Nursing for Licensure and a review of the hiring process.
