Considerable focus is given to learning to identify and draft different legal documents, the role procedural rules play in litigation practices. Learners can expect to develop skills in scheduling, proofreading, case management/organization, handling confidential information, and the effective implementation of technology in litigation. Hands-on projects are used simulate important litigation practices and techniques.
