This course is designed to introduce the student to the normal anatomy and physiology of the female pelvis; the sonographic and Doppler evaluation of such anatomy, the role of sonography in obstetrics and gynecology, laboratory tests and associations, and the development and sonographic evaluation of the normal first, second, and third trimesters.
