Catalog description

This course examines the physics of acoustics, image production, sonographic instrumentation, Doppler techniques, and image optimization. Class meets 3 lecture hours per week. This is a core course. This course must be passed with a 75% or higher to remain enrolled in the Echocardiography or Sonography program.
