Catalog description

Emphasizes the significance of nursing care in relation to complex health needs of the individual from birth to older adulthood. Focuses on the collaborative communication with other members of the health care team and with the individual and family in the hospital environment for health teaching and client advocacy. Theory and clinical experience enhance the integration of principles of advanced nursing. (Course includes theoretical and clinical components.)
