MATH 099 is a systematic review of mathematic fundamentals to prepare students to succeed in college-level mathematic courses. The topics covered in this course include, but not limited to, simplifying algebraic expressions; converting between fractions, decimals, and percents; solving linear equations; evaluating algebraic expressions; using inductive reasoning; and performing complex calculations using the order of operations.
