Catalog description

Students engage in discussion, demonstration and the application of techniques in auditioning for performance in different genres such as live theatre, film, television and streaming media. Selection and preparation of material, professional conduct and terminology are stressed in addition to developing strategies for relaxation, building confidence and being true to yourself in the audition experience. This class is repeatable as sections will have a different focus including monologues, call-backs, and on-camera work.
