This interdisciplinary science offers a holistic approach to health and wellness with a comprehensive overview of personal health. The course integrates physical, mental, and emotional dimensions of wellness. Students explore topics such as exercise, nutrition, stress, relationships, communication, chronic conditions, and addictions. The course also examines nutrient needs across the lifespan and encourages critical thinking about food-related media and nutrition myths. Light physical activity may be included. This course offers multiple topics sections.
