Introduction to quantitative and qualitative research methodology and design; the research process; measurement; sampling; ethics in social research (to include consideration of culture and ethnicity); survey, experimental and field research. As one of the requirements for this course, students will complete a research study and paper. Offered annually in the Spring semester. Prerequisites: PSY 101
