Catalog description

This course prepares students for success on the NCLEX-RN® examination through comprehensive review, analysis of NCLEX-style questions, and administration of a standardized NCLEX Predictor exam. Emphasis is placed on clinical judgment, critical thinking, prioritization, delegation, and evidence-based decision-making. Students develop and refine individualized, self-directed study plans using performance data, feedback from practice exams, and online review technologies. The course supports professional readiness, resilience, and accountability as students transition to entry-level nursing practice. Prerequisite: All 300-level nursing courses. Co-requisite: NUR 495. Should be taken in last semester of program.
