Catalog description

This course will address the chemical and physical properties of the major biological macromolecules and their associated metabolic pathways. The course will also describe the various molecules and their function during an immune response. The student will apply these biochemical and immunologic principles to the maintenance of health as well as to the pharmacological management of disease. P1 in good standing.
