Catalog description
The purpose of this course is to critically examine wellness concepts within the context of a spiritual (distinctively Christian) commitment. From this perspective, students will be encouraged to adopt attitudes and make behavioral choices that support spiritual values. Course content will be presented through lecture, discussion, and active participation. Students will need access to a fitness facility (or have the ability to perform aerobic and strength training exercises safely at home). (Fee: $5)
