The focus of this course is to provide nurse leaders with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to achieve and sustain quality and safety in healthcare organizations. Students will learn about the models of service delivery, quality and safety processes and tools. Prerequisite: NSG-6700 Managing Organizational Behavior. (Fee: $50)
