Catalog description
First course of a four-course sequence covering the concepts of calculus and analytic geometry. Introduction to differential and integral calculus of a single variable. Includes limits and derivatives of algebraic and transcendental functions, applications of the derivative, integration, the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, and integration by substitution. Prerequisite: GMTH-1030 Precalculus or equivalent; or permission of instructor.
