Catalog description

This course covers the techniques of writing in-depth articles for mass circulation and specialized magazines. Students will learn the process of writing and submitting feature articles as well as analysis of markets for freelance magazine articles. Students will prepare and submit professional quality manuscripts for publication. Prerequisites: JOUR-1000 Multiplatform Journalism 1; JOUR-2000 Multiplatform Journalism 2 or permission of instructor.
