Catalog description

An investigation of current trends, methods of instruction, and curriculum design in health and physical education for primary (P-5) classrooms, including review of appropriate Ohio models. Emphasis is given to the importance of nutrition, safety, and movement education for the young child, including a look at basic nutritional, health, and safety management, especially in relationship to childhood illnesses and communicable diseases.
