Catalog description

This four-week course will consist of the day to day professional responsibilities and functions of a full-time athletic trainer. The student will be instructed and mentored by the Cedarville University approved and trained Preceptor in their practice setting. Each student will be expected to complete approximately 40 hours per week. Students will be assessed by the Preceptor in this experience based on their performance of core tasks and competencies and will also be evaluated by the Preceptor in their professionalism and personal growth during the experience.
