Catalog description

This version of INTRO TO US LEGAL SYSTEMS is offered only to LL.M. students. It provides an overview of the U.S. legal system, as well as an introduction to the type of legal thinking and legal analysis that are required in law school classes. The class introduces students to the structure and procedures that apply in several distinctive areas of law. NOTE: This is a required course for completion of the LL.M. degree. JD students and Foreign Exchange students may not enroll.
