Catalog description

Teaching Assistants receive a single credit. That credit is awarded on a Credit/No- Credit basis. Except with the permission of the [Assistant Dean of Students], a student may receive no more than one credit per semester for being a teaching assistant. A student may earn no more than two credits towards the J.D. degree for providing teaching assistance, except that a student who earns at least two teaching assistant units in Legal Research and Writing I, Legal Research and Writing II, Appellate Advocacy, LEOP, or the Academic Support Program may earn a maximum of four teaching assistant units. For more information, please refer to the Academic Regulations in the student handbook.
