Catalog description

This course satisfies the Experiential Learning requirement. This course examines the unique role product counsel plays in the intersection of law, technology, and business. As companies strive to innovate and bring new products to market, legal professionals must be equipped to navigate an evolving landscape of regulatory frameworks, consumer protection laws, and intellectual property concerns. This course is designed to prepare students to not only assess and mitigate legal risks but also to be strategic partners in driving product development, fostering innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
