Catalog description

This course examines the fundamentals of state and local taxation, the role of States in our federalist system, and constitutional limitations on the State power to tax. This course will also examine fundamentals in State tax methods and procedures for the corporate and personal income taxes, sales and use taxes, property taxes, and other state and local levies.
