Introduces beginning nursing skills necessary for safe patient care in the laboratory setting. Emphasizes accuracy, safety, and professional standards through demonstration, practice, and peer feedback. Provides opportunities for students to evaluate their performance using standardized criteria and adapt practice for growth. May be offered in a distance-learning format. Limitation on enrollment: Acceptance to the Cabrillo nursing program
