Catalog description
Nursing course allows more in-depth exploration of areas in nursing. Special topics offered is dependent on faculty expertise and/or community partnerships. Areas may include Medical/ Surgical Nursing, Adult Critical Care Nursing, Complex Obstetrical Nursing, Complex Pediatric Nursing, Special topics in Psychiatric/Mental Health, Perioperative Nursing, Gerontological Nursing, Oncological Nursing, Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing, or other areas in nursing. (2 hrs. class per week, 45 hrs. clinical per session)
