Catalog description

This course examines the role of Human Resource Management and its impact on outcomes such as performance, satisfaction, attendance, and retention. Internal and external influences are examined from a strategic functional perspective. A variety of Human Resource Management activities, including human resources planning, recruitment and selection, compensation, training and development, as well as labor relations, will be addressed from different stakeholder perspectives.
