Catalog description

This course is designed to teach the physics of motion and its application to human movements. This course summarizes how understanding the causes of human motion, the effects of forces on human tissues, and how kinematic measurements of human motion can be used by exercise scientists to modify exercise prescriptions and enhance human performance.
