This course introduces students to the fundamentals of oral communication. This course examines the theories of rhetorical composition and practice in the art of speaking in varied contexts. Students willdeliver informative, persuasive, demonstrative, and special occasion speeches. This class is required for all Communication majors; it does not count toward the hours in the major.
