Catalog description

Examines management and leadership, processes and functions in public, private, and not-for-profit organizations, analysis of organization structure, systems, control, management theories and leadership practices, and an introduction to decision-making techniques. Managing a culturally diverse workforce by understanding and appreciating employee differences to build a more effective organization is an integral part of the course.
