BU 299 is a one-credit, seven-week course open to sophomores, juniors and seniors. The purpose of the course is to empower students for a successful internship search and experience. The course will emphasize career research, customized application materials, professional networking and workplace expectations. Through mastery of this content students will have all the tools and resources needed to take advantage of the Bellarmine Internship Guarantee, including eligibility to receive the Summer Internship Scholarship after completing BU299 or a course equivalent. This course is open to students in any major, with the exception of majors where there is a discipline-specific equivalent course.
